About Me

I met him on the sidewalk. He wore a smile that stretched ear to ear, and carried a yellow rose in his hand. I married him, of course, with sprigs of yellow roses tucked into my bouquet. Now we're having a baby. And couldn't be happier in our ever-after.

7 weeks

Three weeks ago (but the suspense/excitement of which has felt more like three months) Mr. K and I discovered we'll be expecting our 1st kinder K in November (God-willing).

Sooo, here begins the customary baby blog...
(The first-time grandparents (on both sides) will likely get a sweet kick sharing in the early details at least, even if no one else does :) ).

Well, already our 'lil kinder K has one heck of a sense of humor, let me tell you.
For the past month or so, I've been acting like a crazy person, actually praying for some sign or symptom of being pregnant.
Up 'til this point though, it's been nil (aside from the whole peeing on a stick spiel, anyway).

And then came April Fool's Day.
When out of nowhere it seems everything has a smell. Even plain, straight out of the bag lettuce
Never thought I'd be so grateful to feel so grossed out.

    Love and nervous excitement,
    nK
